FAQ

-Definitions: 

"RELEASED" - This means that the product is released in Japan, however some may not be available so it is advisable to ask us if you are interested. 

"AVAILABLE FOR PRE-ORDER" - This means that the product is still available for order with some exceptions to limited/exclusive products. 

"TENTATIVE PRE-ORDER" - This means that very few pre-order slots remain. 

"EXCLUSIVE" - This means that these products are very limited and sold only by the manufacturer for Japan only. These usually have a deadline for order. Very few slots available and only 1 per customer. 

"PRE-ORDER CLOSED" - This means that the deadline to order for the exclusive product is closed. The only way to get that exclusive product is when it is released, but the price might vary. 

"RE-RELEASE" - This means that the product got another release.





-Prices for Released Products

Prices will vary upon release of the product as it may decrease/increase, however we are unable to predict the outcome. Hence we encourage pre-orders to avoid disappointments. 

If product is a past release or just released, full payment is required. Partial payment is unacceptable. 






-Deposit

One of our greatest features is the pre-ordering system.
We ask a 35% deposit on standard release figures and 50% deposit on exclusive release figures to make the order, then the rest can be paid on the month of the release of the figure. Once the deposit is given, the order is made.






-Payment Options 

We accept payments by the following:

-Shipping 


Shipping fee is calculated as according to the weight and dimensions of the product. Therefore with pre-orders, shipping fee is given when the item is ready to ship because the weight and dimensions of the final product is not yet given by the manufacturer. For released products, the shipping fee is given when the item is ready to be shipped. 







-Combine Shipping

We can combine shipping, if applicable, so shipping price can be reduced. For pre-orders this only applies if one has orders releasing a month apart. However should one want a SAL shipping, the order may have to be split to qualify for SAL shipping. 




-Exclusive Products 

Exclusives are products which are released during a particular event or sold through the manufacturer only. We do take orders for these exclusive goods, however these products have deadlines of which the orders will close. If the order closes, it may be available after release, however because it is limited/exclusive the price may be on the increase, hence why we encourage to pre-order. 

For particular events such as 'WONDER FESTIVAL', we do offer a Group Order also known as 'GO'. Certain exclusives available during the event by the manufacturer GOOD SMILE COMPANY as well as other manufacturer under the GSC umbrella will be available for order through us! All interested will get these items shipped together sharing the cost. The more to join in, the cheaper the shipping fee will be! 




-Damages 

We deeply apologise if this happens, knowing that you've been waiting for that figure for awhile. Unfortunately with certain manufacturers we are unable to get a replacement or parts, however there are some manufacturers that we may help you in case of damages which only applies to pre-ordered items or just released figures.  

You are kindly requested to send us a picture of the sealed product. If the broken item is visible, kindly take a zoomed picture. If there are breakages, you are to send us clear pictures indicating the broken part. More than one picture is advised. 

We will contact you back once we have word from the manufacturer in case of replacements. Note that if a certain part from the whole figure is damaged you will only get that part replaced. It may take up to 4 weeks for the part to arrive.

-Cancellation

We do not accept cancellations for released products as these will be in the process of shipping. For pre-orders, if you cancel, you will lose the deposit. If cancellations are done more than once, you may never order through us again.
